Evaluations are scheduled within the same week if you reach out by Wednesday at 3pm.

I provide virtual safe spaces for teens & women of color seeking evaluations required for weight loss surgery. I offer a easy to navigate, straight to point evaluation process where I will first, introduce myself & review everything with you. Then we will explore relevant personal history and complete appropriate screening tools. Your evaluation comes with a report signed and completed on my letterhead.

The entire process step by step:

1. A 50-60 minute virtual interview.

2. Assessment and scoring of relevant objective measures.

3. A detailed report including:

   1. Clinical write up including any assessment conclusions

   2. Specific pre- and post-operative recommendations for each patient.

   3. Sections tailored to surgeon preference – upon request.

   4. Report turn-around time is within 7 business days from the date of evaluation.
