I provide custom retainer mental health support services that meets your needs and lifestyle. Sessions are created to amplify progress while respecting creative schedules. We will use a secure video platform to connect from wherever you are, in the comfort of your own home, on a business trip, or parked in a private safe area in the back of a Target parking lot.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the use of phones, computers, tablets, or other devices to connect with your mental health provider remotely via video. You may also hear this referred to as virtual visits.

Video Sessions

Janae uses use a HIPAA compliant video platform that allows her to see you, and you to see her. This provides the most authentic interaction and is the option most similar to in-person psychotherapy.  The platform works on laptops, tablets (with a forward-facing camera), and cellphones.

Phone Sessions

If video is not an option, we can also connect over the phone. Additionally, phone sessions may be appropriate for when you have something quick to discuss between longer video sessions.

Custom concierge packages start at $500 and go up to $1500 depending on length/frequency of sessions and desired blocks of time that will only be available for you. These packages are self pay, nonrefundable and billed on the 1st of the month. You may cancel at anytime!
