Extreme Hardship

For extreme hardship waivers or cancellation of removal cases, a psychological evaluation can be a powerful piece of evidence to show that a relative would suffer extreme hardship if they were separated from the applicant or if the relative leaves the US and relocates to another country to remain with the applicant.

VAWA

In VAWA cases, a psychological evaluation can evaluate the extent of the spousal abuse and the emotional and psychological impact that the abuse had on you.

Fees and Cancellation Policy

Immigration psychological evaluations are offered at a flat fee for transparency at a price of $1000. Given the extensive nature of the clinical interview & assessments, the fee increases to $1250 if translation services are needed. Appointment links are sent after payment is received in full. If rush service is requested and can be accommodated, an additional fee of $20 will apply. Late cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows are subject to a non-refundable $100 fee.
