Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy consists of your time to express and process. In this safe space you will release, be challenged and grow. We will work to increase your self-awareness into your own insight and behaviors, and together, work to co-create skills to make empowered choices and new stories of healing. My 1:1 service is designed for women who are ready to commit to the deep, meaningful work of healing. Sessions will involve exploring your past while also setting goals for your future. Ultimately, you'll learn to find peace and purpose in the present.My approach to therapy is collaborative, gentle yet firm, rooted in research and includes some humor! I believe that relationship is the biggest aid in growth and healing. Services include diagnosis, therapeutic services including therapy and treatment plan development, crisis services, case coordination, consultative services in addition to case management.
I am currently only offering virtual /online sessions . I use a secure HIPAA-compliant platform in the convenience & comfort of your chosen space.
